Sharon Preston Consulting Ltd provides executive mentoring, strategic advisory services, leadership development programmes, workshops, digital courses, retreats, and keynote speaking.   1. Payments, Deposits, and Refunds

Payment for services is due at the time of booking unless otherwise agreed in writing. All payments are processed securely via third-party providers. The following terms apply:

  • Retreat bookings require a non-refundable deposit of ÂŁ500 to secure your place. Full payment is due eight weeks prior to the event date.
  • Workshop and course payments are due in full at the time of booking unless a payment plan has been agreed in writing.
  • One-to-one mentoring retainers are invoiced monthly in advance.
  • Where a specific refund policy applies to a product or service, this will be clearly stated at the point of purchase.
  • Where no refund policy is specified, services are non-refundable once delivered or accessed.
  • Nothing in these Terms affects your statutory rights under the Consumer Rights Act 2015.

 

  1. Consumer Rights

Where you are purchasing as a consumer (an individual acting outside of a business capacity), you may have a right to cancel within 14 days of purchase under the Consumer Contracts Regulations 2013, unless the service has already commenced with your agreement or the product is a digital download that has been accessed.
