- Payments, Deposits, and Refunds
Payment for services is due at the time of booking unless otherwise agreed in writing. All payments are processed securely via third-party providers. The following terms apply:
- Retreat bookings require a non-refundable deposit of ÂŁ500 to secure your place. Full payment is due eight weeks prior to the event date.
- Workshop and course payments are due in full at the time of booking unless a payment plan has been agreed in writing.
- One-to-one mentoring retainers are invoiced monthly in advance.
- Where a specific refund policy applies to a product or service, this will be clearly stated at the point of purchase.
- Where no refund policy is specified, services are non-refundable once delivered or accessed.
- Nothing in these Terms affects your statutory rights under the Consumer Rights Act 2015.

- Consumer Rights
Where you are purchasing as a consumer (an individual acting outside of a business capacity), you may have a right to cancel within 14 days of purchase under the Consumer Contracts Regulations 2013, unless the service has already commenced with your agreement or the product is a digital download that has been accessed.
